Google,s Deal with Nest labs Company in $3.2 billion cash

Google acquire nest lab



Google is now acquiring other new company Nest labs which are a maker of smart thermostats and smoke alarms in $3.2 billion cash. Nest would continue to operate as its own distinct brand after the all-cash deal closes it is said by search giant.


Now Google wants to expand own company into a broader array of devices and bringing valuable hardware design expertise in- own house that’s why Google is buying Nest labs in $3.2 billion cash.



This $3.2 billion cash is the second largest deals in Google history after the $12.5 billion acquisition of Motorola in 2012. Motorola was the mobile phone maker company.


Tony Fadell and Matt Rogers is Nest’s founders, and they have built a tremendous team that we are excited to welcome into the Google family it said by Larry page.



Nest is excited to join Google Company. With their support, Nest will be even better placed to build simple, thoughtful devices that make life easier at home, and that have a positive impact on the world it is said by CEO of Nest Tony Fadell.
